As one of the founders of Fusonic he is leading the company from the beginnings on. While this time he has assists significantly on the visions of the company just as on the offered products. Since that time his area of responsibility is widely spread - concept development, software engineering, customer projects and marketing.

Since 2009 Matthias acts as the product manager of Fusonic Connect and is concentrating on the strategical adjustment and developement of the product. His focus during this process is always the customer as well as his needs. As the point of intersection between customers and engineers his exercise area is still widely spread as at the beginning.
