Privacy policy

Your data is secure

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore, we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

Contacting us

If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.

Web Analysis

We use the service PostHog (PostHog Inc.) on our website to understand how our site is used. We do this in "Cookieless Mode", meaning no cookies are stored on your device. The information generated is transmitted to the provider's servers. We have concluded a corresponding data processing agreement with the provider. All analysis data is anonymous, meaning we cannot draw any conclusions about your person, but only recognize rough trends. Legally, this is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) as well as § 96 para. 3 TKG, to constantly improve our offer. The data stored at PostHog is automatically deleted after 12 months.

Advertisements

If you found us via a Google advertisement, we will show you a small notification banner. We only use Google Ads Conversion Tracking (Google Ireland Ltd.) if you give your "Okay" there. This helps us see if our advertising is working (e.g., whether you send us an inquiry). This happens exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). Data may also be transferred to servers in the USA. However, Google guarantees a secure level of data protection through certification under the Data Privacy Framework (EU Adequacy Decision).

Newsletter

You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this, we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. In order to provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process voluntarily provided information regarding your name, company, and areas of interest. As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm the registration. You can cancel your newsletter subscription at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: office@fusonic.net. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch.

Applications

To ensure our application process runs smoothly, we use the software Recruitee (Recruitee B.V., Netherlands). We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider to guarantee the protection of your data. We generally store your documents for seven months after we have made a decision. We do this for legal protection based on the Equal Treatment Act (§§ 15 para. 1 and 29 GlBG). After this period, your data will be automatically deleted. However, there are two exceptions where we keep your data for 24 months:

  • You have explicitly allowed us to keep you on file.
  • You have applied unsolicited (i.e., without a specific job posting).

In these cases, we would like to take the chance to contact you later if a position becomes available that perfectly fits your profile.

Contact Form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type/ Browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request

Your Rights

In principle, you have the rights to access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).

Let's create something great together.
