Our Contribution
We have translated this vision into code and implemented a loyalty program that utilizes targeted touchpoints along the customer journey to maximize loyalty, interactions, and engagement.
Our solution is a future-proof ecosystem that seamlessly integrates into the existing shop, intelligently combines community features with gamification, and is individually expandable. This scalable architecture also ensures a smooth shopping experience, even during highly frequented peak phases.
mofakult is a young Swiss company based in Frauenfeld that offers spare parts for rare mopeds from the 1960s, 70s, and 80s. They value nurturing the moped community and maintaining contact with the people behind it. Many out-of-stock parts are faithfully marketed by mofakult as their own brand.

What is the Kultklub?
The »Kultklub« is a loyalty program that goes far beyond just awarding points for completed purchases. The Kultklub is deeply integrated into the mofakult online shop and seamlessly guides users through their entire customer journey. For interactions such as completing a purchase, product reviews, suggestions for better product descriptions, publishing wish lists, or signing up for the newsletter, members automatically earn points. These unlock exclusive status levels and benefits that cannot be purchased with money.


Outcomes after 6 months
Public wish lists as a community magnet
Users have the opportunity to publish their own wish lists. This transforms private wish lists into curated shopping guides. The community benefits from tested setups that can be added to the cart with a single click, without extensive research. The more followers a wish list has, the greater the social proof of this user-generated content. mofakult also gains insights into current trends as a platform provider.



Authentic product reviews
Reviews from buyers about products provide reliable guidance for all shop visitors. By displaying the Kultklub level and gang affiliation, users can immediately recognize the expertise behind a review. By using a message broker, customer, order, product, and transaction data are synchronized in real-time across the entire system landscape. This ensures a consistent data basis across all channels.
Security vulnerabilities are detected and closed early through automatic scans in the CI/CD pipeline. The intelligent firewall, along with intensive caching, absorbs even extreme load attacks. Tested with over 1.3 million requests per minute.
Content management for 13 country shops is centralized. Changes are transmitted system-wide in real-time to all target markets, eliminating manual extra work and preventing data inconsistencies.
